Why should I signup for emails?
Signing up for emails will allow you the opportunity to stay up to date on what's new with EmiLex Bling Parties, as well as future promotions before anyone else. We allow those that are subscribed via email to gain access to our new products before they are displayed anywhere else.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order. If you forgot something, you will have to place another order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. You will be able to track your order using this number.
My order says delivered but I did not receive my package. What do I need to do?
EmiLex Bling Parties is not responsible for any lost or missing packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
My tracking says "returned to sender."
If you provided the wrong address, you will be sent an additional invoice with a new shipping cost to have the item reshipped.
How long do items take to ship?
For Domestic Orders:
USPS First Class mail: 3 - 5 Business days
USPS Priority mail: 2 - 4 Business days
My order was sent to the wrong address. What do I need to do?
If you paid through PayPal, please ensure that the address that you have on file is correct. Your order will ship to the address on file with PayPal.

It is not the color that I was expecting. Can it be returned?
Our pictures are of actual products. However, the color may differ slightly due to the device which you are viewing on.

You do not need to create an account, or login to make a purchase. You can complete your purchase as a guest.

Can I use more than one coupon code?
When a discount is available, you can only use one coupon code per purchase.
What if I forget to use my coupon code?
We're so sorry, but we are unable to manually add the discount. You may use the coupon code on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why won't my coupon code work?
Our coupon codes are case sensitive. Please try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box before checkout. Also, please look at the terms and conditions of the coupon code to make sure that it is still valid.
