LeadHer Initiative is a service-based leadership program designed to empower high school girls through community service, leadership development, mentorship, and personal growth.
Participants engage in monthly workshops, hands-on service projects, and verified volunteer opportunities throughout the school year.

LeadHer Initiative was founded by Brandy Michelle Matthews, an Army Veteran, Nonprofit President, Mentor, and Community Leader dedicated to empowering young women through service, leadership, and personal growth.
As President of Her Haven, a nonprofit organization serving young women, Brandy has a passion for creating opportunities that inspire confidence, leadership, community engagement, and personal growth in the next generation of female leaders.
Through LeadHer Initiative, she seeks to cultivate a heart for service, strengthen leadership skills, and empower young women to become active, engaged leaders within their schools and communities.
